Terms and Conditions:

Bookings are subject to availability

We operate tours every day except 24th and 25th of December.  There are limited places available therefore bookings are essential.

Refunds and Cancellation

Participants may reschedule their tour to another day without penalty with at least 72hrs (3 days) notice by emailing operations@barillabay.com.au

Participants are entitled to a refund for cancellations with at least 72hrs (3 days) notice given to Barilla Bay.

The refund will be the full amount paid, less a 3.5% processing fee.  Please email operations@barillabay.com.au to cancel.

All refunds and reschedules are at the discretion of Barilla Bay, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Risk Management

Our tours are operated on the private property of Barilla Bay Oysters.  By joining our tour, you agree to follow all instructions and safety requirements set out by your guide.  Participants are recommended to wear enclosed shoes and be prepared for all weather conditions.


Our tours run in all weather, except extreme weather cases, which will be determined by your guide.  Barilla Bay recommends you are prepared for this weather as much of the tour is outside.

Varied Tour

Barilla Bay reserves the right to vary or alter any part of the tour with no liability.
