What are your opening hours?
Our shop is open from 9am-6pm every day.
Our restaurant is open from 11:30am-2:30pm every day and Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5:30pm-8pm.
How do I get to Barilla Bay Oyster Farm?
There is no public transport to Barilla Bay. You can grab a taxi or Uber to us or self-drive. Our address is 1388 Tasman Highway, Cambridge. We are a 5min drive from the airport or 20mins from Hobart City Centre.
What time is the oyster farm tour? Do I have to book?
The tour runs 7 days a week. Saturday is at 2pm or every other day at 11am. Please head to the "Book a Tour" page. Bookings are essential as we have limited places available on each tour.
Can I get oysters to take-away?
Absolutely! We have a range of sizes and prices for our take-away oysters, but you will love our $14.90 take-away dozen 😊
How about eat-in?
Even better! You can eat fresh natural oysters in our shop from 9-6pm every day. In our restaurant you will find a range of cold and hot oysters available.
Can I pre-order oysters?
Of course! Give our retail shop a call on (03)6248 5458 or head to the "Order Online" page, you will then have a choice between local pick-up and freight orders. Freight orders are available for interstate customers, please fill out the enquiry form and a staff member will be in contact with you.
